How We Work

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer experience.  From the first day you speak to us, we have a clear and simple sales procedure which then moves into a client pathway and customer service framework that continues throughout the contract period. We have a complaints procedure and data protection policy which we share with you during the contract set up.

We provide regular updates and reports to ensure we are on track: contract progress reports, monthly activity plans and use one key associate who will be allocated to work with you for the duration of the contract. We act as informal executive coaches to several of our clients who are receiving long term support from us, we are proud to fulfil this role.
