Online coaching with Marsha Miles focusing on personal wellbeing and emotional intelligence. Ideal for those working in the not for profit sector or running their own businesses, people who give a lot of their time and deal with a lot of pressure and responsibility.
Our coaching process takes a business or an individual from where they are now to where they want to be.
Marsha Miles Consultancy are available to provide coaching which will assist and guide people who are:
- Trustees or CEO’s of charities or social enterprises who would like to refresh their business plans and strategic direction.
- SME and start-up business owners needing help to clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal lifestyle and goals.
- Individuals who are employed or self-employed and who would like help to better understand and communicate their key skills and strengths, develop their personal brand or take stock of their future career options.
- Consultation to understand requirements of coaching, one to one or group
- Questionnaire issued to find out key aims and outcomes, appointment times
- First session with individual/group leader to agree coaching plan
- Sessions delivered
- Review and end or continue
Usual time allocation is 6 x 45 min sessions – available via Zoom or Teams.
